Camping
at Meramec State Park
Meramec State Park offers basic, electric and sewer/electric/water campsites. On-season (April through October) services include reservable sites, a dump station, showers, water and laundry. Current nightly camping fees can be found through Fees and Seasons on the right; nightly camping fees effective May 1, 2013, can be found by clicking here.

The campground is open and reservable year-round. For weekend reservations, there is a required two-night minimum stay of Friday/Saturday. Campers planning to carry in firewood must comply with current firewood advisories.
During the off-season (November through March), potable water is available from the frost-free spigot at the dump station.
Group Tent Areas
Meramec State Park offers three group tent areas (A, B and C) in addition to their regular campsites. Each tent area contains a paved parking lot for approximately 16 vehicles, eight picnic tables, two fire grills and two lantern posts. The minimum group size per area is 15 persons and the maximum size is 50 persons. A showerhouse is conveniently located in the area.
The group areas are open and reservable year-round through the centralized reservation system. The 2013 rate for each group tent area is $65 per night, with an additional $8.50 fee if being reserved. Payment in full is required at the time of reservation. Changing or cancelling a reservation will incur additional charges, detailed under the reservation system information.
Gate Information
Park gates close at 10 p.m. during the on-season and 9 p.m. during the off-season. Campers need to be sure to arrive prior to gate closure times.
