The Light in the Other Room, A collaborative of Kansas City-based African American artists
The Light in the Other Room presents the paintings of African descendants. Understanding that culture and civilization had its beginnings on the continent of Africa and that art is an inextricable part of all great civilizations, this collaborative of artists strives to create a place where their art is defined, appreciated, cultivated and supported.
March 5 - April 26
Missouri Perspectives, Harry Bradley and Dan Woodward
Harry Bradley's photographs present a range of images from Missouri. Dan Woodward's paintings depict places across Missouri "dear to the artist's heart."

Buzz, Donna Brunet
Donna Brunet's photographs portray the intricate beauty of insects and provide insight into a moment of their lives.

Missouri State Museum's Cabinet of Curiosities
This exhibit gives the feel of an old-time "Cabinet of Curiosities," such as the Missouri State Museum was early in its history. The wide variety of unusual and "curious" objects offers a glimpse of the evolution of the Missouri State Museum and its "curiosities."
