Experience Roaring River’s natural history at the park's Ozark Chinquapin Nature Center, named after the unique chinquapin chestnut tree.

Highlights of the center include:

  • Interpretive displays covering the park's diverse habitats, geology and wildlife
  • Live animal exhibits, including two snakes
  • An outdoor pollinator garden with over 60 species of native plants
