Birds and Buds Festival

6/1/2024 | Echo Bluff State Park | Eminence, MO

Join us for our third annual Bird and Buds Festival. Celebrate native and migrating birds, as well as native plants.

Kick off the day with a live bird program at the amphitheater from 10-11 a.m. This program is presented by the MU Raptor Rehab Program and features live native birds of Missouri.

Booths and other activities will open at the conclusion of the live bird program. Activities will include but, not be limited to, bird-watching, bird art, and building bird houses and turkey calls. You will also get to learn about native plants, including where you can find them and why they are better than non-native plants; sample some bird-friendly shade-grown coffee; and learn how wintering whip-poo-wills depend on this plant.

This event is free and open to the public. All activities will take place in the day-use area.
