From Springfield or St. Louis
Take I-44 west to U.S. Hwy. 160. Travel west on U.S. Hwy. 160 to Route V in Ash Grove. Proceed north on Route V for approximately 1.5 miles to Nathan Boone Homestead State Historic Site.
From Joplin
Take I-44 east to Route O. Travel north on Route O to Hwy. 266. Proceed east on Hwy. 266 to Route F. Travel north on Route F; it will become Route V in Ash Grove. Continue approximately 1.5 miles on Route V to Nathan Boone Homestead State Historic Site.
