Registered campers are invited to join the festivities at Annie and Abel Van Meter State Park by decorating their campsite as part of the park's “Spooking up the Park” event. Entries will be judged by park visitors, and first- and second-place trophies will be awarded.
Trick-or-treating will take place between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. Campers are encouraged to provide candy.
