Wakonda State Park will be hosting a Spooktacular Halloween event in the Boulder Lake and Wakonda Lake campgrounds. Registered campers may choose to participate in the campsite decorating contest with prizes being awarded to the top three campsites. There will also be campsite trick-or-treating that is open to the public.
NEW THIS YEAR: Trick-or-treaters will park at the Wakonda Beach parking lot and be transported to the Boulder Lake Campground by tram to avoid traffic congestion and for the safety of our participants.
