Senior Stroll – 2 p.m. at Thunderbird Lodge

Join park staff for a senior stroll! We will take a leisurely hike on the base of 1,000 Steps Trail, starting at the Thunderbird Lodge. Enjoy the slowed-down pace of this walk, as staff members point out the natural and cultural features of the Big River Day-Use Area. This activity is open to everyone, not just seniors. The trail has a natural surface, but is mostly flat, and is about 0.5 mile in length.

Petroglyph Tour – 4 p.m. at Petroglyph Site

Enjoy a short walk on a covered walkway with interpretive panels highlighting the cultural features.
