Join park staff for a guided nature hike on Jan. 1, 2022. This is a perfect way to start out the new year!
Staff will be offering two different hikes: a 1-mile hike on a portion of Tall Oaks Trail and a 3-mile hike on a portion of Tall Oaks Trail and all of River Forks Trail. Both hikes will be moderate in intensity. Participants should bring water and meet at the Shelter 3 parking lot at 10 a.m.
This event is free and open to all ages. For more information or to check the status of the hike, call the park superintendent at 660-359-6473.
