Informational Meeting

9/25/2021 | Osage Village State Historic Site | Walker, MO

The public is strongly encouraged to follow social-distancing guidelines and be proactive in protecting themselves and others.

Staff from the historic site will be on hand to provide information about the site and answer questions. The public is invited to share comments about the site and its operations.

After the meeting, a ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held to celebrate the installment of 10 new exhibits and interpretive panels at the site.

Input from the public is important to Missouri State Parks. These informational meetings, which are being held in all state parks and historic sites, help create a two-way communication. The meetings give staff the opportunity to let people know the current status and future plans for the park or site, and they offer visitors the opportunity to comment on the facilities.
