It's Missouri's 200th birthday! What is a birthday celebration without a cake?

Amateur and professional bakers alike are invited to design a birthday cake for Missouri's bicentennial. Cakes will be judged by guests at the Missouri Bicentennial Bash and Commemoration at First Missouri State Capitol State Historic Site.
