The heat of summer has settled in, but it does not bother the bison. Come out to the park for this guided hike to see them in their native habitat. Don't forget your cameras! Meet at the Regal Tallgrass Prairie Nature Center. Be prepared for a 2-mile hike over uneven terrain. Bringing water, snacks, insect repellent, a hat and sunscreen, and wearing sturdy shoes is recommended. Binoculars will be useful in looking at bison as well as other wildlife that we may see.
