Celebrating Migratory Bird Day

5/9/2015 | Sam A. Baker State Park | Patterson, MO

Birds are among the most widespread, diverse and colorful creatures in nature and can be found anywhere in the world. Celebrate Migratory Bird Day by joining a park naturalist for a beautiful stroll to observe and learn about the birds that are attracted to the park. You don’t need to be an expert birder to come. Bring binoculars if you have them. The hike will begin at the Mudlick Trail trailhead across the road from the park store.

Hike time: 10 a.m. - 11 a.m.
