Fall Color Hike

Have you ever wondered what makes a tree change its color in the fall?  The peak of fall colors in Missouri is usually in mid-October for maple, hickory, ash and oak trees.  Enjoy the show of fall colors amid the scenery of the Gans Creek Wild Area. Visit both Coyote Bluff and Shooting Star Bluff on this guided 2-mile hike. This event is recommended for ages 10 and up. Reservations are required because space is limited. Call 573-449-7400.
