Statewide Comprehensive Outdoor Recreation Plan

The 2002-2007 Statewide Comprehensive Outdoor Recreation Plan (SCORP) is now available. This plan provides a framework for the planning, development, management and protection of Missouri's outdoor recreation resources. In addition, this plan will ensure Missouri remains eligible to receive federal Land and Water Conservation Funds for outdoor recreation projects. The planning process to create this document involved the input of local, state and federal officials and a cross-section of citizens.
