MISSOURI TRAILS ADVISORY BOARD MEETS MARCH 1

JEFFERSON CITY, MO., FEB 19, 2008 – The Missouri Trails Advisory Board will meet Saturday, March 1 to discuss scoring measures and application revisions for the federal Recreational Trails Program. The meeting will be held at 10 a.m. at the Missouri Department of Natural Resources’ Division of State Parks office, 1659 E. Elm St., Jefferson City.

The Recreational Trails Program is a federally funded grant program for trail-related construction, maintenance, restoration and development. In Missouri, Recreational Trails Program funds are administered by the Department of Natural Resources in cooperation with the Federal Highway Administration.
