CELEBRATE EARTH APRIL 20 AT DR. EDMUND A. BABLER MEMORIAL STATE PARK
JEFFERSON CITY, MO., APRIL 7, 2008 -- Celebrate the earth's natural resources and learn how you can protect them on Sunday, April 20, at Dr. Edmund A. Babler Memorial State Park near Wildwood. Sponsored by the Missouri Department of Natural Resources, this event will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. It is free and open to the public.
Discover how you can make a difference while having fun! Activities will include making paper, examining stream critters to see if the stream is healthy, making a nature journal out of recycled products, planting seeds and a trivia hike. This event will be fun for the whole family.
