GOURMET CAMPFIRE COOKING CLASS IS SEPT. 2
AT DR. EDMUND A. BABLER MEMORIAL STATE PARK

JEFFERSON CITY, MO, AUG. 16, 2007 -- Gourmet campfire cooking may sound elaborate, but you'll be surprised just how easy it can be. See for yourself on Sunday, Sept. 2, at Dr. Edmund A. Babler Memorial State Park near Wildwood. Sponsored by the Missouri Department of Natural Resources, this event will take place at the campground amphitheater from 1 to 3 p.m. It is free and open to the public.

Park staff will provide demonstrations, recipes and tasty samples of food that can be cooked on your next camping trip. Advance reservations are required and can be made by contacting the park.

Dr. Edmund A. Babler Memorial State Park is located 20 miles west of St. Louis on Highway BA, between U.S. 40 and Highway 100.
