Trails
For those who prefer to stay ashore, the park offers two hiking trails that wind through several scenic areas.
Cedar Bluff Trail begins either at the beach or the campground and provides the opportunity to hike 1.5 or two miles. In general, the terrain is gentle and the hike is easy. By using the connector trail, a shorter hike of approximately half the distance is possible. The main loop is signed in a counterclockwise direction with blue arrows; the connector trail has red arrows.
Indian Point Trail is three miles in
length. Shorter hikes of 1.5 and 2.5 miles are possible by
using the connector trail. The main loop is signed in a
clockwise direction with blue arrows; the connector trail
with red arrows.
