The Missouri Bird Conservation Initiative (MoBCI) is a voluntary partnership of agencies and organizations with an interest in the conservation of all wild bird species. The purpose of MoBCI is to work together to conserve and restore bird populations and their habitats. This involves voluntary participation and coordination between interested groups. To date, 37 organizations have signed the Memorandum of Agreement to participate.

These member organizations recognize that MoBCI as a partnership can significantly enhance on-the-ground all-bird conservation efforts.
