Camping Reservations: Several state parks in Missouri have experienced frequent spring flood events. These events can leave behind mud and debris throughout the park, including the campground. Although park staff are working diligently to improve the condition of their park, their cleanup efforts will have limited results without an extended period of dry weather. Campers may want to change their reservation to an alternate date if these post-flood conditions are not conducive with their camping plans.

Lake Wappapello State Park Campground Information
Lake Wappapello State Park offers basic and electric campsites. On-season (April through October) services include reservable campsites, a dump station, showers, water and laundry. For reservations, there is a required two-night minimum stay for weekends.
Asher Creek Campground offer basic and electric campsites and is open April through October. Ridge Campground offers electric campsites and is open year-round, with the exception of campsites 37-47 that are closed November through March.
