Museum after Hours: "Letters from the Past"

Second Lt. Francis Audsley and his wife Harriet Audsley from Saline County, Mo., corresponded throughout the Civil War.  At 7 p.m., museum interpreters will bring these letters to life, recounting the daily life and disruptions caused by war.  Click here to read the news release.

The program continues the museum's ongoing series, "Museum After Hours," held the first Wednesday of each month.  In addition to the program, the museum's galleries will be open until 9 p.m. 

The program will be held in the Missouri State Museum's History Hall, located in the east wing of the Missouri State Capitol.
