Learning @ 11: The Battleship Missouri

7/22/2014 | Missouri State Museum | Jefferson City, MO

From June 3 through Aug. 26, the Missouri State Museum is introducing a new twist to summer programming. "Learning@11" is a series of interactive programs exploring various aspects of Missouri's cultural and natural history specifically focused on age groups 4 to 7 years using more activity-based programming. For similar-themed programming for older children, please see our regular "Tuesday@2" programs for age groups 8 to 12. Click here to read the news release.

July 22 "The Battleship Missouri"

Battleships were floating cities! Using our model of the Battleship Missouri in the museum, we will explore the size of this ship and how many people did it take to run the ship.
