Tours

Knowledgeable interpreters conduct guided tours of portions of Confederate Memorial State Historic Site. To get the most out of your visit and to better understand what occurred here, take a tour of this unique historic site. Each tour takes approximately 45 minutes and includes the chapel and cemetery. There is no charge for tours at this site. There are stairs and uneven terrain. For those unable to climb stairs, informational booklets with descriptive text and photographs are available.

Tours are not available every day of the week; please call us at 660-584-2853 to check on availability. School and tour groups are welcome but an appointment is necessary for guided tours. You are also welcome to visit the chapel, cemetery and the grounds without a guide.
