State Park Concession Opportunities

The Missouri Department of Natural Resources' Division of State Parks contracts for the operation of its concession facilities (such as marinas, cabins, dining lodges, etc.) in state parks and historic sites with private companies or individuals through the competitive sealed bid process known as the Request for Proposal (RFP). As contracts expire, individuals and companies are invited to bid on new concession opportunities.

Meramec State Park | Bennett Spring State Park

Meramec State Park, Sullivan, Mo.

The concession opportunity at Meramec State Park includes the Fireside Store and Grill, the Riverstop for raft and canoe rental, 22 motel rooms, 4 duplexes (8 units), 8 cabins (one bedroom), 1- two bedroom cabin, two family cabins (4-bedrooms each cabin) and the Hickory Ridge Conference Center, which offers an 80 person capacity and a small kitchen.

Bid packages will be sent out to all interested parties in mid-summer. A pre-bid conference is scheduled at Meramec State Park at the park office at a date and time that will be confirmed in the bid package. You may contact Denise Massman to confirm the pre-bid conference date and time.

Bennett Spring State Park, Lebanon, Mo.

The concession opportunity at Bennett Spring State Park includes canoeing, a dining lodge (restaurant) that seats approximately 100 as well as an attached meeting room that will accommodate up to 60, a 10 room motel, three single cabins, 10 duplex units (20 rooms), 12 sleeper cabins and five four-plex units (20 rooms), a swimming pool with concession, and a large store,

The date and time of the pre-bid conference will be confirmed in the bid package or you may contact Denise Massman to confirm the pre-bid conference date and time.
